Thanks to Graeme Howie at Dorper Lamb for some of the meat that is available at the function (www.dorperlamb.com.au). Dorper Lamb was specifically set up to create a true “Paddock to Plate” operation for the domestic and international market that gives the customer not only prime West Australian produce, but product integrity.
