Entries to the Long Course (TWA State Series Race #11) and the Short Course event are now SOLD OUT.

There will not be a wait list for this event (so please do not contact us), however STC reserves the right to release more spots if they become available.

Any further release would be on a first come, first serve basis only.

If this does occur, information will be distributed via this website and through TWA / STC distribution channels.  We will provide at least one weeks notice of our intention to reopen entries. In reality, we have allowed for a percentage of drop outs, so it is doubtful that this will occur.

While we may allow a number of participants to swap from the long course event to the short course (although no partial refund will be available) under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can any registration for the short course event be transferred to the long course event.

Under no circumstances can your entry be transferred to another person or credited towards future events.

Long Course (TWA State Series Race #11)

1.5 km swim  / 60 km cycle / 12 km run

Short Course

0.5 km swim  / 20 km cycle / 4 km run

REFUND POLICY

A refund (less a $30 administration fee for long course and $20 for short course) will be available until 5pm (WST), Friday March 16.

Notification of your intention to withdraw from the event must be made via email to contact@stadiumtriclub.com and be received prior to this date.

After this date, no refund is available under any circumstances and your full entry fee will be forfeited.

Under no circumstances can your entry be transferred to another person or credited towards future events.

South West Escape Series. No partial refunds on the series entry is available. The entry cannot be deferred to future events.
